Since October of 2019, Gabby has been dedicated to dog training; becoming a certified trainer in June 2021. She uses a balanced approach that combines reward-based techniques to reinforce the practice of desirable behaviors and aversive training tools to prevent unwanted behaviors. Her ongoing education ensures effective and compassionate training for both dogs and their owners. Furthermore, she achieved two separate training certifications, and partners with experienced trainers throughout the Austin area. Nonetheless, she built her company around her rescue dog, Wish, who continues to solidify that all her training material is indeed successful. They are an illustration of tackling behavioral modification as a team, which inspired Gabby to become a k9 behaviorist in order to help those around her. Lastly, she structured her business as a private cooperation, priding herself on minimal kennel space to maximize the time she spends with each trainee.
